Returns
You can return most new, unopened items sold on Musali Glow.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unfortunately, items that are damaged, used, or altered cannot be returned.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at help@musaliglow.com. They will provide you with a return authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack your item securely: Pack your item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
- Incorrect Items: If we send you an incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Change of Mind: If you simply change your mind about your purchase, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

- Items that are damaged, used, or altered
- Items returned after 30 days of delivery
- Items without a valid RA number
